1. Billing and Taxes
Receipts or tax documents for international orders: Issued for all private orders.
Invoices: Must be requested the same day as the order. Please provide your complete billing address, VAT number/Tax Code, and SDI/PEC code.
Traceability: Batch numbers are included on every invoice for food safety.
Prices: All prices displayed include VAT.
2. Shipping and Delivery
Couriers: We ship via TNT, POSTE, FEDEX, DHL, and GLS.
Processing: Orders are processed within 48 business hours of payment confirmation.
Working Days: We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.
Requirements: A valid phone number for the courier is required.
3. Returns and Refunds
Right of Withdrawal: You have 14 working days from delivery to request a return by emailing ordini@pomodorisecchi.com.
Conditions: For hygiene reasons, returns are accepted only for sealed and undamaged food packaging.
Refunds: We will refund the full amount (including original shipping costs) once the goods have been returned and inspected. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
